RE: t/b Spacers
don't waste the money on a throttle body spacer. only people i've ever known to have good luck out of them were the people selling them. then, of course, they swear by them.
descreening the MAF increases air flow, but yes, you do stand a higher chance of sucking something big into your engine. odds of it happening are slim, but it's still a possibility. i personally wouldn't do it on a street car. i might have a MAF descreened for when i'm going out racing, but for everyday driving i would also have another with the screen in place....just to be on the safe side

I had a TB spacer on my 98 GTP S/C and could notice a slight improvement. Of course the more 'mods' you have the more you'll notice. I did notice the TB itself was much cooler. The spacer I purchased was from ZZP and it had a coolant block built into it. The TB was much cooler and the car ran better IMHO.

RE: t/b Spacers
i personally dont think throttle body spacers dont do anything on newer vehicles, they worked on older chevy trucks and everything...but i've yet to hear of one making any difference, or difference thats worth what you paid..
