I was going to suggest the same thing. Just get the 06/07 "Nascar inspired" spoiler, and you don't have to worry about drilling new holes.

 

I took my surfboard off and replaced it with a 2006 Nascar spoiler and it bolted right up, however the surfboard does extend a little toooo far onto the trunk lid, so you will have some scuffs and missing paint, so you'll have to get the trunk-lid repainted.

The spoilers from the 00-05 use different holes, and is actually MUCH smaller.

Obviously IMO since I have the newer stand-up spoiler, I think it looks the best :P





There's some pictures of the damage left behind from the stock surfboard. But my trunk-lid has since been repainted and everything looks perfect again

 

I also prefer the pace car spoiler that mine has but the surf board spoiler is good to. The Montes with no spoiler at all just dont look right to my eye.

 

The surfboard spoilers are ugly to me. Pace car style or no Monte at all imo

 

Do you guys think the Xenon spoiler is to much? It's different, but it's kindof big.

Well everyone has the pace car, or surfboard. I've NEVER seen a Xenon. haha I would get it just to be unique

 

IMO, IT IS AWESOME.

WOW! That car is so sexy. I really want to get the Xenon spoiler and some black rims. He has a black car so it looks CRAZY awesome. I think I'm going to try to get my hands on that spoiler here really soon.
