Anyone know how much it would be to install a sunroof in my monte, it would be full installation since there isnt one in my car now.

I had a power sunroof installed in my 96 grand prix back in the day and it was just as much as the factory charged - around $900, but it was guaranteed for the life of the car. So I'm guessing today it could very easily cost around $1000.

i guess power would be quite a bit more with all the wiring, the one i got looks like it will fit perfectly with the curve of the roof, im pumped because 200 even all the way up to 400 isnt too bad.

I bought one when I had my new Beretta GT many moons ago and never had it installed because of all the leaking horror stories....

isnt that mostly with power tho? because of the tracks and everything? mine would just have 2 rectangle seals, one on the inside and one on the outside so i dont think the risk would be as bad?

Well, nowadays I am sure installations/products are better, that was back in the late 80's...

Hmm I've been wondering this too. My baby is completely loaded except for a sunroof. I've been scared to do it bcuz of leaking fears or something going wrong =/ I haven't even got it quoted yet, maybe I should do that sometime

I was looking into getting one installed in my Monte but you can encounter some serious problems and it's just a lot of work to have it.
