I just finally paid off my credit card bills from my build last year

I think I'm going to just enjoy seeing that $0 balance for the time being. This year isn't going to be much modifying (if any). The wife and I are being as frugal as we can while we save up for our house purchase.

I'll probably just tinker with tuning the Monte, spend some money on detailing supplies and enjoy some car shows with the cars.

Well if I don't get rid of her then the goal is to at least get the engine magnafluxed(or however you spell it). If block is usable then bore and hone it.

Tax money is going to my other hobby this year. Buying a nice S&W or glock 40 to replace my cheap highpoint 9. I do have quiet a few projects planned but I'v havent really stoped working on red since I got her.

Why the pistols as a hobby? Are you into competition shooting or such?
Good for you to spend some coin on things other than the Monte, as these cars will drain ones bank account pretty quickly if you don't know when to pull back for a minute.

I always owe on taxes being self employed, I have not seen a tax refund in 25 years, but I have seen plenty of tax bills.

Well guns as a hobby in general. It's another way to relieve some stress and work on a useful skill. I never got to go hunting growing up but always wanted to. The pistols are self defense and range guns, good to just take em out and shoot some rounds down range to keep my skills current. My favorite gun is my 770 30-06.the action isnt the smoothest but the thing is dead accurate and its fun being able to shoot pop cans at 350 yards. Sometimes between the monte and the guns I think I need a less expensive hobby.

Thats the government for you Greg. They love to tax the hell out of small businesses. Its complete BS.

When they started talking about AR bans .22's became the cheap east ammo to stockpile. So now they can charge more for them if the keep the supply low. I know alot of places to get ammo cheap around here luckily. 30-06 is never "cheap" though. Usually pay $1.00-$1.50 a round.

Supply and demand. Low supply + high demand = more money, more money, and more money.
