Slow and Low - Community Lowrider Festival - Chicago
I went down to Chicago today to check out this Slow and Low "Community Lowrider Festival". Nice show, good weather, free parking. It was an interesting location, Lumber Street, which is basically a driveway for a concrete mix yard (very dusty) that turns and goes under the Dan Ryan Expressway. I even had a craft beer for $3 which is a bargain by Chicago standards. I took photos of the Montes that were there for you guys to check out.
