Hello Friends.....
I'm very close to trading in the Monte on a Camaro M6 2SS/RS.
The only thing holding me back is how attached I am to this car. It's unique and It's perfect, I wouldn't change a thing about it right now. Hell my mom even loves this car haha.
But I've wanted a camaro since I was about 10 years old, and this is the perfect time in my life to do it. Mid 20's, single, take the train to work so gas is no issue...

Totally agree if anything just buy an older camaro and keep the monte. I always wanted a camaro too and i got one my 86 iroc and loved it i wouldnt ever trade it for one of the new ones theyre butt ugly.

The mrs and I had quite the same delemia....the other day....we really want a new 2500 series P/U to match our new 2010 camper. For when she retires and we go full time....
Then common sense kicked in....The truck we have we just paid off and dont owe a dime.... we financed it for 6 yrs and paid it off in 4yrs.....What a pleasure it is not haveing a payment....with the economy,gas prices and theres nothing wrong with the one we have.....We deceided against it.....
Now that a cpl months have passed...we now know we made the right deceision to not buy the new truck....
I dont know that its the right thing for you at this time..you said your only 20 and you have your whole life ahead of you...Since theres nothing wrong with the Monte and you still truly like it i'd keep it!...
You know the ole saying:
If it aint broke...Why fix it?
I voted to keep it also...

Your Monte is way to awesome to get rid of for a Camaro..
400 horse, manual, and rwd really doesn't mean much when there's at least 20 of them just in this small town. I'd keep the Monte.. It's awesome and unique. I barely ever see 7th gens around here and they're almost never clean or modded.

Ive got over 400hp, rwd & a 6 speed & i still love the monte more
