Congrats on getting a good deal on the rims with better tires. If it's the rims you really wanted, that's great. If I were you, I'd put snow tires on your 16's. That way you can swap them out in winter time. And when the time comes for new tires on the 17's, you can go with a performance tire.

That's what I would do too - put snow tires on the 16s and run them in the winter.

thought about it, but i don't have space for an extra set of wheels right now, nor do i have money to be buying 2 different sets of tires.

plus, i don't really think i'd put performance tires on this car just because it isn't real high in the performance bracket in the first place lol..

The look good on your car. I loved them on mine, but the transmission was more of a priority. Glad you like them.

maybe once you get your trans figured out you could get another set, or even a chrome set i think those chrome ones and black montes go real good together.

I love the chrome one's on my black Monte wish wife's Impala SS came with them..

Blackbeauty, too bad this didn't happen 6 months ago. I knew someone who was looking for a set of 16's. Could only find the odd single rim for sale at the time. Has since gone with a different rim style though.
