You gotta think about what you want and what you wanna drive EVERYDAY. Do you want a fast GP (that you see everyday and everywhere) or do you wanna do a swap in a monte and have somthing a little more rare. I know I was in this same dilema and I decided to save up so I can get the GTP and still keep my monte that I love so much. But if you have the ability or money, go with the swap for sure.

i would say ditch the monte and get the gp. it already has what you want in it it just has that extra set of doors. no point going through the trouble of putting the L67 in your car when you can get one with it in it already. unless youre extremely attached to the monte. personally i liked the gtps the only thing i didnt like is that they got rid of the 2dr.

Thanx i will still have my ss monte so i would just go ahead and opt for the gtp i really wanted a 2 door but the deal is sweet as honey so i'll just work with the 4 doorz trans am's and camaros have 2 doorz anyway lol!

Looks great in your posted pictures
How many miles on the GTP ? How many owner's.
Do you have or can you get a CarFax report ?
How's the condition compared to your Monte ?
Is the investment difference in price worth it 2 `YOU ?
You will be the one paying the difference & driving the GTP
I've learned it pays to do your homework, before you sign the contract.
Good Luck on your decision, and let us know what
you decide...? What will make you the happiest ?
Get GTP, or keep the awesome Monte Carlo you have ?
