I can't say they deal with anything as new as a 2000 Monte (or up) but there's a place I was talking with before Christmas about getting covers for a set of 1965 Pontiac buckets I own. If you want I can look up their email address for you.

Try these guys: http://myworld.ebay.com/ebaymotors/designcovers/
They made me a custom set of black/gray zebra print covers for the front and back.

I got the custom fit seatcovers made by CoverKing from PFYC.

They should be able to get you the colors you want by contacting them directly.

I was very satisfied with the fit and look of the set I bought for my previous car. I also got many comments from people who thought I had the seats re-upholstered.
