Default RWD 6th Gen

Hey guys I was just wondering how difficult it would be to use a 1995-ish F body car like a Camaro to build a RWD 2000-2005 Monte Carlo. I know Jon Moss did it with a 1995 Monte Carlo, but is it possible with a 6th gen? Any other ways if F-body wouldn't work.

How would you go about doing this.

Jon Moss's build is here.

Just look through all the pictures and read the descriptions. It's a beautiful car.

I've seen the car before and it is beautiful. There are two problems with your question though.

1) If you have to ask can it be done, you more then likely won't do it. It's not that I don't have faith in you or that someday you will do it but it's extremely difficult to do.

2) Check out this thread in progress: https://montecarloforum.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=23290

Right I was just wondering if it was at all possible. I no way have the means to actually do it. Just something I was curious about. Would be kinda cool though.

You can do just about anything with a car given enough ingenuity and money.

Hell, I put a straight six 250 and a Powerglide in a '73 Monte. The car needed an engine and transmission and all I had was an old Nova to scrounge for parts. I drove that car for 5 years like that.

Just buy the prototype. I heard that it is a RWD.

Huh; that prototype looks very NASCAR-like. I like it. But that's the thing - it's a prototype. Very cool nevertheless.
