Road noise...wheel bearings, axle, or just tires?
The tire being at max will wear bad. It'll burn the center tread down fast an chop the outside tread This can an most likely will cause a noise.32psi is wear you want it to stay.If the noise quited down when you added air then it's most likely a tire issue.
What type of tires are they?
Some tires are loud to start with.

My uncle has a tire shop. Im gonna visit him and possibly trade for something more decent... atleast have him take a look and tell me if this noise is the tires. There is no effect on driving/steering/suspension etc.
Well... I gave in and made an appointment at the dealership for Monday. So far I'm just going for a diagnoses. If the parts aren't too expensive I might just pay them to do it. They only charge me 40/hr for labor.
Ill update as soon as I am told what this noise is.

Don't buy ebay parts! Unless they're OEM GM stuff, I wouldn't bother. You can usually get parts fairly cheap from Advance Auto Parts and you can enter "Coupon codes" and get them for a lot cheaper! For instance code "P20" gets you 20% off your entire purchase. You can also order it online and pick it up at the store. Hope this helps. Just trying to save you from having to replace that cheap ebay junk down the road.
Yea, I use to be weary about ebay. Once I bought a "chip" ...lol.. I recieved an envelope with a resistor that instructed to unplug a sensor and plug the resister into the connector...
But besides that, ebay has been good to me!
Ill def let you know what they say.
