Default Repair Manual?

Alrighttt so, I'm curious.

Though I know a decent amount about cars, and I am a very mechanical person, it occurred to me that I may want to have a vehicle specific repair manual that would allow me to refer to any additional issues that I may have with this vehicle. I have a 2004 Monte Carlo SS Supercharged. Now I believe that the Supercharger does not have a repair manual, which is alright, because it's just a bolt on application.

But does anyone have a recommendation for a repair manual specific to my vehicle? I can't find one in Amazon.com, half.com, or any other site for that matter. Perhaps I am not looking in the right place?

Thanks in advance for anyone that can help me out with this issue!

Cain has the big GM connection. Ask him if he has the part no. to the GM service manual.

Alright, so after literally hours of searching, I FINALLY found an online manual. Though it isn't the greatest of manuals, it surely has enough information on torques to help me rebuild an engine.

It was through http://www.Chiltondiy.com

If anyone else needs the manual for an 01-05 Monte, let me know. It is a total of 32.1 Megs. Maybe we have somewhere to upload it on this server here?

Here is the specific link to the shop manual. This thing is huge and beats the pants off a Haynes or Chilton manual any day of the week.
