Default Ran my Monte on the dyno today

The first run was with my cutout open and got me 293whp. The second was with it closed at 290whp. This is without an updated tune running one of Will from Overkill's mail order tunes. The tuner said there would be a little more in it if they dyno tuned it but I have plans this winter so this is my baseline for now. I don't have the torque numbers since it was supposed to be a HP shootout.

That is some pretty impressive numbers. You must have modded more than I thought. Almost 300HP to the wheels - what is that, close to 400HP at the crank?

I was very pleased with the results. The way it sits it looks like at 20% drive train loss. I would be ate around 370 at the crank.

That is a solid baseline you have there! Good to see. My only question is why are both the front and rear rollers spinning on the dyno? I've never been to an awd capable dyno so I don't know how they work, but it was weird seeing your rear wheels spinning.

Hell yeah, those are really good numbers to be putting down.. Your Monte just boils it's tires off... Nice to know where ones car stands.

Pretty cool!
I too was shocked seeing the rears rolling along also...

For a sec... I actually thought you converted it to rear wheel drive!

I am not really sure how that worked. I know it messed up the Torque number having them on but he didn't want to calibrate the dyno for a HP shootout. He told me my car was super long haha

It was a good time. I enjoyed seeing what it put down and hearing it for the first time out of the car

The dyno results look spot on with some tuning no problem with 300whp and now it's time for some nawz...

Yeah that's, what I was thinking. I might but I want to get the intake done first. It is really one of the things that holds these cars back. Then I might do a 100 shot.
