Pump your brakes a 3 or 4 times and then hold the pedal down. This will give you more braking power. Then just sit there till your boost is way up there and let her rip as you release the brake pedal and are mashing the gas..... Give you an A+ for effort Jen

Aww come on you can spare 100 miles worth of rubber for a good video, I mean what are friends for??

The brake pumping method is what my mechanic advised me to do, as my car always creeps when building boost. He says to pump them real hard for 3 to 4 times and then hold them. It lets the brake booster build enough vacuum to help hold the car back... So thats what i do now. Anyway you take care.

Lol looks like your mechanic knows how to have fun! I did get it up to 3500rpms, usually thats around 4-5lbs, 7 being the highest I've ever gotten to. I'll try it one day...& with colder tires I have gotten some awesome ones when the car sat for a bit.

seriously if thats the best you've got I love not having traction control. I don't even need to use the brakes to burn rubber on a dry surface LMAO

Trac control was off!

I would of tried a few more times, but my power steering is a little funky...do it too many times and it begins to lock up. And we kinda ran out of there, the park security was ready to jump on us!

I do them all the time in the Camaro lol. I'm too scared of breaking something in the Monte right now.
