Is it like an oxidation kinda thing? Maybe you could hit the center caps with some clearcoat to stop it?

Also, if you don't like the center caps, you could try and replace it with something else. Like a bowtie or the Monte Carlo knight's shield for example. Or something else you like.

I would defently talk with them on that one I know mine havent changed colors at all . but i have a diffrent brand wheel, but just in genreal i have never had them change to anythign but rust after years of useing them on the car
