Nice Monte

Tell me about the headlight covers if you would. Are they easliy removed? I know I've seen guys post who own them. they state they cut the tabs off the covers to install/remove them easier.

PST. just between us. I bought a set. For the front and back of our '03 Pace car. I plan to use them at car shows and cruise-ins the Pace car attends. But keep this to yourself. Will ya?

Hehe, yes they are super easy to put on and take off, the first time it might be tricky( it was for me) but after that its super easy takes like 15 seconds to take them off and put them back on .
Ha okay I wont tell anyone.

The reason people cut the tabs off is so they can take them on and off without popping the hood (but that makes theft easier!!)

But this is only true if you plan to leave the covers on all the time. Right?

So far I only plan to use the covers for show. (as long as they aren't forgotten at the end of the show and the car is driven home with them on)

Great looking Monte Vlad.

I had three sets of headlight covers stolen off of my 91 Z24. Tabs were on them too. Tabs didn't even slow the thieves down one bit. If the thieves want your covers, they'll take 'em. Tabs or no tabs.

Not to hi-jack the thread, but that reminded me of this...

One of the security guards at work monitoring the surveillance cameras had to sit and watch a thief steal his bike. Security guard couldn't leave his post. Not that it would have made a difference. Way too far away. All he could do was call one of the other security guys on his radio.

That would suck. To have to watch someone stealing/vandalizing your car.
