Saw this on a local board an thought it could be fun

Object of the game

First person post a picture of thier car infront of a building, historical land mark, ect.
Then members try to get a picture of a similar landmark in thier neck of the woods,
Then person then pics a new land mark or place to get a picture, and the cycle contiues

i'll start

This is my towns old town hall from my home town, origionally from 1919 or somthing, no longer in use today it is used for a haunted house in october


now you go find a pic of a old town hall then, pick a new location to get a picture and post it up for the next person to find

 

Seems like a pretty awsome idea to me! If only work allowed me time to do this lol

 

Second pic Could be anywhere, infront of work, at the gas station, anywhere works!

Hell could even get multiple ones going sighing this same thread

I really love this idea if i'm doing it right.(a Pic similar to the current pic and then a new onr for the next person to match) I hope people get this going.

This is actually a school.(i wanted to play but havent had time to get pics in front of some boarded up buildings)

I'll have to see if I can find some buildings similar. I think landmarks like the space needle are going to be tough. But should be interesting.

 

Well on the subject of landmarks i'd say the high point monument would work. No boats in our area, i'd have to go over by the river

Here's a pic of Silver in front of some old buildings from the 1800's - they are now a part of the Lakewood Forest Preserve and Lake County Discover Museum.

 

I'm not parked out in front of this but this is an original Hotel from downtown Mundelien - someone restored it but I can't remember where the pic is.
