Default Phone mount for 2006?

I just got my 06 SS and i'm trying to figure how to mount my phone in the car with out drilling holes or using a suction cup mount on the glass. What have you guys done to mount your phones?

Done a couple. Used 2 smallish phones (first a Droid X then a Galaxy S3) that I stuck their OEM cradles to a Panavise bracket that used the head unit bolt to secure it. Take the dash trim around the radio off, loosen a bolt, put the bracket in, replace bolt and replace trim. Was neat since the phone cradles both had power built in and docking the phone put it on the charger.

When I got a bigger phone (Note 4) it had no docking cradle so I went with an iBOLT xProDock holder, mounted on a ball mount with double sided 3M tape right between the two dash vent left/right controllers.

I may still have the Panavise mount someplace. Would offer to part with it for postage costs.

I'll see if it's still laying around.
