Auto tranny? Wet some concrete lol

If its a manual, drop the RPM's to 3-4k then try again....or go higher to 5k. Then again, I'm new to the Monte Carlo world and I'm not familiar with the engines and their hp/torque curves. You might just take off again hah.

im guessin you have the ls if you dont have traction control. you have two options to burn out. option 1: use tires that wouldnt pass inspection(balonga skins). option 2: beef up the motor so you have the power to spin the tires

the 3.8 will do a pretty nice burnout if you can get the damn t/c to stay off when you turn it off

I would not slowly gather RPM's, I would just nail it and back off the RPM's once you get things moving...

If all else fails, wet the area....

take motor oil and glaze the two front tires with it and then your tires should spin pretty good, also put the car in low, or 1st
