Default Pcm
I received a 2006 monte carlo LT 3.5L V6 from my best friends husband for a dollar and it has a speed limiter on it I was wondering if this is a mechanical limiter or programmed into the PCM if in the PCM where can I get a new pcm with out the limited

It's in the pcm. Find a local shop with HP tuners.
