Default PART #?

I was just wondering if anyone could find a part number for me? The one I was looking for is for the rally stripes that where an option on the 2006-2007 SS.

There's a few members here that got the rally stripes from places other than a dealership. And at a better price I think too.
I'd go with one of the aftermarket rally stripe kits. Look exactly the same as factory and a lot cheaper.I'd only do factory originals if you absolutely have to.
Just my opinion though.

I think that the factory stripes were like a $3-450 option, atleast last year when dad and I saw one at a deal that's what the window sticker said. Personally, I would rather have some stripes that were a few inches wider, I'm used to the 13-18" stripes that are on dad's Camaro.

I didn't know that the stripes were a factory option. I thot that was a dealer installed option, and that's why the variation in pricing. The dealer is trying to make a HUGE profit from you. Try to find an "auto Trim Design" dealer near you, and have THEM install it, and save yourself about a grand!

The stripes were a factory option for about $400 bucks. I've got a set of grey metallic ones if you're interested. They come with installation instructions and everything.

I saw a blue 06/07 Monte SS with the silver rally stripes yesterday. Looked really cool!
What ever you pay for them, they'll be a really nice touch to the appearance of your car.
What color are you looking for? Personally, I don't think the silver/gray stripes would go well with white. I think black would look better.

FWIW... You mentioned the dealer gave you a price of $1300. That's some mark-up from $400-$450 on the options sticker. But it doesn't surprise me. I found out from a couple local GM dealerships that the Dale Jr. stripes are $500 per side. $1000 for both sides, not installed.

I rather have black with the white car but thanks for theoffer. I have saw the auto trim designs ones. They arn't quite the same, the factory ones I believe are a little longer on the hood, wider and go farther down the decklid.
