I've always liked painted calipers.... slotted rotors complete the package well if you can afford them.

I have painted calipers on mine. and that is with stock wheels.
To me it is one of the best things ya can do. it protects the calipers from the elements a bit more. and also allows you to have something other then rust to look at.

Looks sharp man and I love those rims. I plan to paint my calipers in the spring. Did you just use high temp paint?

I did this to my car a couple of years ago and used the paint from here http://www.eastwoodco.com/jump.jsp?i...emType=PRODUCT. It holds up much better than the kits they sell at AutoZone

I did mine 2 years ago and they still look decent, just some wear on them. I used hi temp paint, just be sure to clean them as good as possible. I used a can of brake cleaner and it seemed to work well.

The quality is always in the details. I hope you used high temp paint though. I didn't a few years back on a chevy pick-up and you guessed it. The paint now looks like burnt toast. Also I think mothers makes a wax for wheels that you could use on the calipers to help keep the dust off. I don't knowhow it will do on a high heat surface though. Just depends on your driving style. Keep it up. She looks great.

I did mine with a kit from teh local autoparts store. and they still look good if i get in there and actually clean them up . but most fo the time i wash them with a high presure hose to knock the dirt off.
