I know the tints are a high issue in nj, but if you should be able to run the headlight covers if you want during the day, just gotta take them off at night

Or when it rains. So are they velcroed on for easy on and off? What brand are they? I was going to get that hood but opted for the stripes instead.

No velcroe, they are one big plastic piece the top half clips above the headlight and under the hood, so they can't come off, the bottom half clips under the headlight, although since I got the aftermarket headlights the bottom portion don't seem to clip on as well as they used to....but again they can't go anywhere cause the hood holds the top half down.

Oh and they are auto ventshades, got them off of montestore.com

Thanks for the info. Guess I could get them and put them on at a show or cruise. Also looking for a plate filler to put on at shows.

I have had a plate filler for years and want to put it on the car, just haven't gotten it done...gotta drill new holes as they don't line up with my license plate ones....ahhh one day....

Joe, I was hoping to get to go out Saturday when it was supposed to be at Harold's, but I'm heading out to Dorney Park instead haha

Yeah most wanted to keep it at JJ's...easier to park and quiter inside plus we won't be pushed out as fast then if we went to Harold's so it's JJ again, then some of us will go to harold's

I'll try to make the next one. I still need to get my trunk-lid repainted from spoiler changing and get my SLP Grille shot while the paint is mixed. Then I'll go to the next meet :P

 

Dude, all you need is a running car to get there, it doesn't even matter if it's a monte, or what condition it's in, it's just a get together of people, no trophies, no cleaning needed (My cars are always filthy when I go) no need to worry about the condition of the car, just a hangout amongst friends...so come whenever you can regardless of what the car looks like!
