Wow your car is everywhere for sure. Unfortunately this is the risk we all take by putting pictures on the internet. Hopefully the seller complies and removes the pic but if not I don't think there is anything you can do about it unless it's a copyrighted image. The only thing i can see being a factor is having a title on it. The seller could have at least removed that.

I got so excited when I saw them. I knew your car was really clean and well kept so I figured these were too lol. I've been trying to find a decent set for the right price for a while now haha

It's his intellectual property since he took the picture - he owns the original. Watermarked or not. Contacting eBay is the proper thing to do. However, to ensure action gets taken it's best to send eBay a DMCA Take Down Notice because in that notice you certify (under penalty of perjury) that you own that image and eBay must take action against that user since it's on their servers.

My car is in all the slp grille ads, he won't message me back, next step is ebay, if he asked me then sure but since he didn't he can take it off or give me some of his commission

Oh cool that is good to know. I'm sure Ebay will make him remove it then.

Never mind waiting till it comes down. On the right hand side of the ebay ad is a link "Report Item". Report it Tadd. What if the seller screws over the buyer. They may think you're the seller and harass you.

I don't care if the seller's feedback is 100% or not. If he's using your picture for the car, who's to say the other pictures are his? He could've ripped off the other pictures from a google search also.
