Must be an american thing then, because my 06 Monte only has either the highs or lows on at once, never at the same time.

Ahh no they dont Jason....the 06-07 as I said in the previous post above have both that come on at same time.

 

Yeah Cain is right. You might want to have your car checked by the dealer.

All 06-07 are now designed to have all 4 lights simultaneously.

Yep, looks like I have too, remember in canada we have daytime running lights which are standard. Both my lights definitely do not come on at the same time. Looks like its time to take a picture....

its probably a safety feature in canada that both aren't allowed to be on, that would be my only guess

 

Well it depends on if you are talking about DRLs *Daytime running lights* or you're normal lights at night? If it is the lights at night they are all 4 supposed to be on and burn at the same time on the 06-07s. If not then something is wrong with yours.
