imo the 350z is over rated. they are boxy at turning and they aren't that quick. I beat one the other day in my monte it was close but still a win.

lmao!!! just have a huge blower sticking out the hood and wheelie bars on the back!!! that would be hilarious!!!

There's a local guy with one. It's bright red with graphics.

It's a big block with a blower. Tubbed with wheelie bars. You can hear this thing two blocks away. He's owned it for several years now and comes to most car shows with it.

We'll see...I'll believe it when I see it...and who knows by then the 350Z may have countered. I do know a 350Z with a Stillen supercharger has almost 500 hp so I don't think a Camaro is going to "whoop" on it.

But, see, that's exactly my point. These cars have to be heavily modded to put out those kinds of numbers. You mod anything enough and it will be able to beat anyting else. Drop the same supercharger on the factory new camaro with an LS7 and then see what happens. IMO Stock to stock, the 350Z will not be able to touch the Camaro.

Lets not forget about the looming threat of a new Supra rumored to be built with an 8 cylinder heart. I expect THAT will stomp the crap out of a 350Z and give the new Camaro and the Challenger a run for their money. (speaking in factory setup terms of course).

We'll see if the camaro actually makes it to the dealerships. Then I'll consider one. Besides the 350Z's engine is capable of 500 hp without the need for a supercharger, according to Nissan. That I'm sure would stomp a "stock" camaro.

Yes the 350z is capable of 500 hp w/o super charger but that will cost you a lot to do.
