114.3/115 is the wheel nut spacing in millimeters (mm). Your Monte has 115mm spacing.

bare aluminum is alot harder to clean and require cleanin alot more often..if you get behind on them they will get really bad and if you use a strong cleaner on them you can stain them then you have to polish them out

those rims are sweet. they would look nice on your monte. 114.3 rims fit too. just depends some people have bad luck with it and other it works well. mine are doing fantastic
