Default Newest Mod

In addition to the new tail lights and HID lights, I'm having this installed tomorrow:

With all of the break ins and vehicles being stolen in the area, and country wide, I figure this will help to put my mind at ease about the safety and security of my vehicle.

I have the extras:

Digital Tilt Sensor, prevents towing and jacking of car without alarm

Motion Sensor for movement inside the car.

Backup battery incase they snip my main battery line.

Extra alarm speaker for INSIDE the car, for anyone that has the ***** to break in, and sit there, trying to pick the steering column, and can withstand 120 DB's inside the car, all while the exterior alarm is sounding, and sending a page to my FOB device =)

Hi Keegan,
I think you are getting a super security system installed, but
I think it's sad that we are living in a World that
we have to use our funds to protect our property from
people that will steal our possessions.
If I had your Awesome Monte, I would do the same to protect it.
I wish that money could have been used for additional
performance modifications to your Monte, or to just
buy fuel to go out and enjoy all the power that you have
created from your mod's.
Let us know how the install goes & works to protect your
Monte. Also, won't your insurance company give you a
discount for installing a high tech protection system on
your Monte ?
Good Luck `Keegan, I always enjoy reading your post,
and was happy to see the help that you got from fellow
member `Wayne. I enjoyed his post about his trip
to return your SS.

120 db.....lol that's awesome. It's going to SUCK the first time you accidentally set it off, Keegan. I had a light/siren on my Aveo because I'm cool like that...lol..no, I ama firefighter...and the siren was a 100w and the speaker matched, it put out 124 db@10ft. It was sweet.

It was between this and the CompuStar, which can tell your interior temps, blah blah blah. Too many bells and whistles. I want it LOUD, and decently easy to operate. =) It's being installed right now, and it looks like it'll be done tomorrow morning =)
