Alot more then you would think, and you will want to pay for a quality paintjob. if its done poorly it will look blotchy and very uneven. and if you scratch it your pretty much screwed! so....
you have options... depending on your needs..
i would never paint a car any flat or satin color if its a daily driver. but you could vinyl wrap it which would still cost you about the same.. if its a weekend car or show car then id consider painting it flat black. I have a friend thats a painter and he painted his show truck flat black about 4 months ago. and hes changing it cause he has to wash it all the time and basically baby it
