Default New monte carlo

Hi I am new here. My name is Matt. I am looking at a 97 monte carlo z34. It only has 34000 miles on it and is in excellent condition. Is there anything out of the ordinary I should look for or ask about before I buy this car? It is not my first car so I know the basics about what to look for or ask about. I am just wondering if there are any comon problems that these vehicles have. Thanks for your help.

should be solid with the low miles on it. bout the only thing i can say is take it easy on the brakes. i've warped my rotors from heavy braking before since our car is such a fat ***. otherwise just check into what kind of maintence has been done on the car, what problems it has, look for bondo, body work, etc. and lastly take it for a test drive and see how it feels

Well I bought the car. They guy is a monte carlo fanatic and took great care of the car. Told me everything about it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it whatsoever. No accidents, no problems at all. I am just wondering if there are any problems that are common with these specific cars that I should keep an eye out for.
