Default My Olds Aurora

I think my other post was starting to get slightly off-topic for the section it was in, so I'm going to post pics in here.

Pretty good looking car! I never got around to reading the entire other thread, but I think you chose well. I don't know if I woulda traded a Monte for it. Maybe if you needed the 4 doors. But its definately a very nice car - I'd drive one. I don't like the plastic wood inside, but it could be painted. Does it haul a$$ or what?

If I had your monte, I definitely wouldn't have traded lol. I hear its real walnut rather than fake, maybe near the doors it's fake, but I think the center is real. It's got a V8 making 250hp/260lb-ft weighs quite a bit more than the monte so it's not faster by much, if at all. But it rides like a dream, has air shocks or springs or whatever they are lol. The monte is worth a little more on nada, but a little less on Kelly's, I don't know what's up with that. But the olds is in better condition. If I straight pipe the mufflers I'll post a vid for you guys, the tone these things make is fantastic, I'd get the corsa exhaust if I had the $$$.

Let me see what he has in it now, sounds pretty deep but he might have resonated tips. Drone isn't bad at all, its a v8 so I didn't notice it somehow haha.

Maybe if it was your monte I would the olds is in much better shape than the monte. My biggest pet peeve with this car is the magnasteer, way to difficult to steer at high speeds, I.e. passing someone at 60 mph it's hard to move the at into the other lane. I can have the steering firmness changed, just need to find a tech ii scanner.. Probably only going to find or at a GM dealer.
