i would love to get these myself, but imo carpet floormats don't stay nice very long here in MN with all the salt, sand, and other crap that gets tracked in during the winter. that's why i replaced my stock carpet mats with rubber ones right after i bought it.

i spose i could get custom ones for summertime use only...something to think about for sure!

Drew,

thefloormatguys offer a few things to keep them looking good. First, for an extra 5 bucks per mat, you can add a rubber heel pad. I only added it to the drivers side, just to prevent the wear from your heel going from the gas to brake....

Then, you can order clear rubber mats to go over your carpet mats. The clear is cut to fit your mats perfectly, and allows you to still have the look of the carpet mat...I did not do this, but I know its offered through them...just to throw it out there for ya!

In the winter I bought clear rubber mats, then take my old mats and clean them up and throw them in the trunk.

After 9.5 years they still look pretty good.

Look very nice. I think I'll grab some rubber mats this winter as well.

Those do look pretty nice. I was thinking looking for a set of mats with the Chevy emblem, but not wanting to sound like a copycat, those look a lot better.

Buy away...I don't care if anyone copies me!

Kokopelli, I bought them at thefloormatguys...if you call them, they can do Chevy emblems too...I actually looked at a sample of the "Monte Carlo RS" written like I have it, with a big silver bowtie in the middle of the mat...I personally thought it looks like to much, and was over kill...But the bowtie alone would look good! Or just do the writting...or do both if you like it, to each is there own, if you like both the bowtie and lettering, then get it that way...

I recommend to anyone thinking about possibly buying from these guys that you call them...don't order online...you can be really specific, and even have them e-mail you picture samples of what your looking thinking about...thats what I did. Then I took it a step further, and had them send me carpet samples, and colors...

The mats look great Mike! Good investment. Nice touch of custom for your Monte!
