HaHaHa! I used to ski there with my ski club in Jr High about a million years ago! My Monte too is going into hibernation probably by the end of this month or the beginning of November.

 

Hibernation? I WISH! No, I got to Drive Dale thru the winter, at least one more year. We will have two others tucked away, tho. Lucy, LadyT's 07 Solstice GXP, and Ethyl, her 82 Olds Regency 2 dr coupe. Her daily driver will be her 99 Silverado Sportside Z71.

im starting to order my funn stuff tonight! tonight headlights, next week dash, week after brakes, after that nothin until i have enough for a possible turbo. if not that stuff that wil make it LOUD!

 

As much as I hate to do it, I have to drive my Monte year round also. Only car I have. And until I pay it off, a winter car is not in my future. Although I think I'm going to get some winter rims and tires if I can find room to store four full sized rims with tires. Not a lot of room at my place.

 

The Monte loooks great out in the open. Makes me want to drive my '06.

We're planning on taking the '03 Monte Pace car to a cruise-in this afternoon. Better dress warmer cause they say low 60s is it for high today.

Since I have to have my barn worked on (if they ever get here?) we took my 4-door '57 to a cruise last night. And we were the only people that showed up. Not much of a cruise, right?

I did get my picture taken by a youngster. He likes '57 Chevies and his dad asked if it was okay if he took my (I mean the car) picture.

Thursday evening I took the 4-door to a cruise at a local Dairy Queen and got several comments on how good she looks. This was after I found out the water pump had went bad on the car, changed it with a spare part only to find out the spare had went bad too. OH!! And yesterday while changing the oil I didn't get the oil filter cannister on right and got 3 qts of oil all over the floor. THAT was fun.
