Its official now. My friend Thomas who had a 2000 White Monte Carlo SS and lost it due to a GF wrecking it is now in a MC again. Its a 2002 Black SS with 144k he got it for $5,500. The only thing he misses is the sunroof and the trip computer he said he is fine without the leather though. heres a couple of the dealer pics.

 

By the way in some of the SS models I have notice by the shifter on the floor it has the PRD123 etc on the plate there. Is there anyway I can get that for my SS?

Sadly I don't think so. I tried to get him to join when he had his white Monte. But the only internet he has is on his blackberry so not sure.

Looks nice.. I too noticed that my dads 04 ss doesn't have the park, reverse, etc. on the shifter..

Looks pretty clean! Personally, I HATE the SS wheels for the '00. Couldn't do it without the leather, or the sunroof, either. But, still, not bad looking.
