Has anyone here owned more than 1 monte carlo? I am on my 2nd monte. I had a 2004 SS and I blew the engine and traded it in for a 2004 Intimidator. Not going to lie though when I went to the dealership I was trying to get a 06 manual transmission GTO. Then I caught a glimpse of the monte and saw the intimidator badge, and I drove it home the next day.

 

I had a 97 LS before i got my intimidator and for a while after i got it until the engine went. Was a good car, and its what lead me to this forum.

 

I used to have a 1998 lumina which is a 4 door monte carlo. It is what made me choice a monte carlo. The look of the monte was much better than the impala.

 

Yes, I have two currently.
Bought the 84 in February of 2014
and the 02 in November of 2014
Was previously a Multiple Grand Prix owner

 

My best friend `Space had two Monte's...The first one was in 2005 when he joined the MCF (I think he was 17) & he traded his Honda Turbo Del Sol for a mint 2005 Monte Carlo....

Shortly after, he got a 2006 Monte Carlo...


Then he had to sell it to pay for college & his racing ticket

I've never own a Monte , but I like'em

 

I had a 02SS for over 3 years i loved but it started to break, lots of things started to needed replacing so i traded up to the 06ss

 

I've had 2 1985 SS , 3 86 SS, an 87 SS aerocoupe and 88 SS, a 95&96 Monte z34, a 00 & 03 SS , and currently a 1986 SS aerocoupe and a 06 SS.
I've had the 86 aerocoupe since 1999 and I traded the 03 for the 06 back this past November. Of all those montes which I enjoyed em all, my 2 favorites hafta be the 86 aero and the 06.

 

I have had a few myself...

My first was a Black 2000 LS fresh out of high school. Drove down to Florida to get it from my Grandfathers lot.
Next was a Black 2004 SS Supercharged.
Then I had a Green 2000 SS

Now I have the Black 2002 SS project, and a 2005 SS Supercharged.

I love these damn cars.

I own 2 currently, but my wife has taken over the second one lol. I bought mine after it caught my eye as I was passing a dealership and bought it two days later, and then we liked it so much decided to buy a second one and got rid of her van, and now she has diamonds all over the rear view mirror and steering wheel and radio, so I don't really drive it that much anymore, she also wants to put those eyelashes on over the headlights, and if she does that will sadly be the last day I drive the car lol
