The Monte's We Love!!

This is at a local, small used car dealer. 2005 LS, 109,000 miles, sunroof and XM radio, $5995 and he told me he'd go lower. I thought it was an SS looking at it from the road, since it has SS high sport/Pace Car style wheels, amateurish silver flags on the lower doors and the "NASCAR inspired" spoiler on it. He told me he put a wheel bearing on it and nothing else is wrong other than being over 100,000 miles. I asked about the intake gaskets and he claims they're fine. He takes trades so I MIGHT (not sure yet) see what I can get for my P.O.S. 2002 Explorer once it gets back from the shop where the full hot, all the time heater control issue is being repaired.
Yes, I should still get his someday. I wouldn't mind picking this one up though, if it's a rare one even though it's an LS. I imagine I'd sell his someday.

i wonder what mine was? my 02 LS, it had every single option my 03 SS has except heated seats, fog lights and of course the 3800 :p
full leather interior with airbag on the driver seat... stereo and cruise buttons on the steering wheel... sunroof... onstar... traction control... "nascar spoiler" and the 16" star wheels before i had 20's on it. lol
i forgot where i read but supposably it was the "Competition yellow package"?

Amateurish, because it looked like they were peeling in a spot or two by the wheel wells. I thought someone put them on. If that's a Winner's Circle edition, I don't think he knows it's anything unusual. Now I'm really intrigued by the car! I had heard about them before, but never actually seen one. I wondered why someone would put those wheels and decals on and that would explain it. Is there any other way to tell if it's a Winner's Circle edition?

Im working on her though
that awkward moment when ur driving and u think the white ss in font of u is ur friends and u beep like ten time while behind them then find out its not them -__- had the same wing and rims and my buddy is the only other white ss i usually see around my town
hahaha, ive drove different cars and beeped to friends and they've ignored me cause they didnt see the yellow monte lol
saw this in sumter county yesterday, kinda did what i did with the SS emblems except he added the rest of the badges to the trunk like the 7th gens :p doesnt look right IMO lol
dont like the exhaust tips either haha :p
i actually like the overall look though, with 22's on it and the blue paint job

My biggest beef with this car is the surfboard :p I don't necessarily like the monte carlo writing from the 7th gen (the cursive MC looks great) on here, but the brown bowtie is definitely the way to go. I always thought the previous blue/black/red bowtie outlines on the 6th gens look really cheesy, not really sure why, they just don't look right to me. Beautiful color though
