The Monte’s at MIS car show is held at Michigan International Speedway. The show dates are April 11th and 12th 2008.Watch for updates on the “official Monte’s at MIS web site http://www.montesspace2000.20megsfree.com/photo5.html This is a rain or shine event. You will be guaranteed one qualifying run (2 and ¾ laps) around the track with your paid registration With the option to purchase additional laps. The speed limit is set by MIS officials. With your paid registration you also get along with your track time a car show, lunch, and awards. We had a great time at the 2007 Montes@MIS event.

 

 

i'm going to try my best to make this event. i'd love to do a few laps around MIS. and look at some monte's for more idea's.

If you're planning to attend get your registration in early and save some money. I have attended each year so far and have had a great time every year.If I remember correctly last year there were 54 cars signed up.

It was SO cool when we all caravaned to the track on saturday morning. You should have seen the people we passed...... they'd stop and stare. It was great.

Wish I'd had a camcorder to record it. That alone (a line of Montes as far as you could see) made the trip worth it.
