I haven't posted anything about my Monte in a while, so I figured why not.
The paint on the hood came out very good, not perfect though. I need to buff it one more time and polish it to really bring out the shine. The bumper came out pretty good, but I'd honestly like to sand that down and do it again... Didn't put enough paint on it, so when I went to sand with the 1200 grit a few spots started to show. It's shiny as sh*t though!
Ended up putting the stock headlights back in, because the ebay lights SUCK (ha) and I wanted to do something nice.
I had been daily driving the car for a month or two, everything was wonderful. Then one night, it just died on me. Fired right back up, and I drove the rest of the way home. Checked a few things, and everything seemed normal, drove it around the neighborhood cold, hot, every which way. No problem. Went to work later that day and she stalled out for the last time, ended up getting it towed back to the house. I wish I had a picture of it, it would be awesome to insert here lol.
Unfortunately, I was too distraught to take picture but I have one from afterwards.
That is how she sits for now. But I just ordered the last thing I need to get the car running. A PCM. The old one quit sending a signal to the fuel pump.

Thanks fellas. Mike, I'm glad it actually ran consistently for more than a couple of days lol. But now it won't fire at all, but I have a spare PCM that's not for my car - and it started up with that one (granted it ran like crap, but it still started).

The projectors though, I have them mounted, working on "un-yellowing" the lenses presently.
Hey man zzapultimate did the projectors first, he's helped me quite a bit. And no worries, I don't plan on getting rid of the Monte (if I do for some strange reason, I'm getting a black 98-99 Z34)
