It sucks that you live in a state where they require a front plate. Otherwise, that Monte looks nice!

Yes, I agree that a front license plate is required in your State, but I think they distract from the beauty of the DeSign of the Monte Carlo...It's also sad that the roads require you to put on mud flap's to protect your Monte
Black is beautiful when clean, but they take a lot of love to keep'em that way 4-Sure...
