monte carlo logo door sill plates...where to find

seen several cars with the logo sill plates. where are these found?

Most of the ones I have seen are on a Pace Car version or one of the Limited edition Montes like a Jeff Gordon, or Stewart. Today I visited a U pull it yard and there were 7 Monte Carlo s there non of the SS's had the logo sill plate. You maybe able to get a custom one made from a vendor on ebay.
