Monte Carlo LEX??
Does anyone know what year or years a Monte Carlo LEX was built?
I believe the LEX is for Lexington Kentucky.
I saw one on the street going to work the other day,
it had the Monte Carlo LEX emblem on the left rear deck lid
lower corner, and also on the left and right doors towards
the front of the doors.
First one I have ever seen.

A few years back I saw an EX emblem and they were indicating (Extreme).
But for the most part it would most likely be an emblem that the owner thought looked good and they put it on there car.
There way of just showing the love of the Auto.

A little more info. on this LEX Monte Carlo I saw.
It was a 2000 to 2005 with the Red exterior paint had the race inspired rear deck spoiler. The emblems were definitely not missing a letter, and the Monte Carlo part of the emblem were just like the ones on the SS models, but like I said before were mounted on the doors towards the front, not back on the 1/4 panel in back of the doors like the SS are. I was thinking it might be a special one coming out of the Lexington Kentucky Mfg. Plant? Hope I can see it again and get them to pull over for more info. from them. Thanks! for your response so far guys.
