I challenge all MCF members to tell me what sort of exhaust proponets, or engine modifications that this Monte Carlo driver made to get this sweet sound. definately gotta be no cat straight pipe, if he woulda punched it it woulda been louder and cracked and popped

 

I've heard straight pipes on a 3.8 Monte Carlo before, and they sound good, but I don't think they sound that good. I left replies on this guy's video to ask what he did to the car but he wouldn't answer. I'm leaning towards he just turboed the car, but you can't really tell, because like you said he never steps on it.

 

Its definetly a turbo, Ive seen a few other vids of his somewhere.

 

i agree with enzo. ive also seen it before.

 

Turbo will melow the tone and take it the raspy sound.
