Modifications and Times
This thread is just what the title states. List any and all modifications you have done to your car and your best 1/4 mile times, 0-60 times, 0-100. Whatever you have. HP and TQ numbers are helpful too, if you have them. Just curious to see where my car could have been, and where I stand now with a Camaro.

I'll go first.
For my 2003 Monte Carlo SS, I never got to do any modifications to it, so it stayed at 200HP.
0-60 recorded at 7.7 seconds
0-100 ?
1/4 mile Never been to the drag strip, 1/4 mile times for stock 3800's are 15.8 seconds however.
For my 2001 Camaro Z28 I have done no modifications to it, so it is still at 310HP.
0-60 5.7 seconds
0-100 ?
1/4 mile Never been to a drag strip, 1/4 mile times for these cars stock is anywhere from 13.0 to 14.0 seconds, probably 13.8 on average.

It seems like my memory didn't serve me well, I just looked it up again and the 2003 Monte Carlo SS was good for an average of 15.8 in the 1/4 mile. That's a lot worse than I thought it was. However, there is this site that records the 2000 Monte Carlo SS at 15.5 in the 1/4 mile, and 0-60 in 7.3 seconds. Can't say how valid it is.

15.8 is way more believable. The best I have seen a stock 3800 monte run was a 16 flat at pittsburgh raceway park on street tires. I can believe a 7.3 0-60 but only under very favorable conditions. Ive got the monte pretty close to 7 second 0-60 but that was on a real cool day with a warm engine and warm tires and no wheelspin. Kinda really only happens when the planets align just right ya know? lol.

Actually it wasn't in the New Posts section anymore, which made me worry and wonder if there were an error in the thread being posted, so I looked it up and bumped it back to life.
This was a really popular thread at the LS1tech forum, I was hoping it would catch on over here too...

L67 swap
With ported exhaust manifolds, 180 tstat, autolite 104's, intake, 3" downpipe/exhaust, ported & polished supercharger, smoothed LIM, tuned, underdrive alternator pulley, 3.4" supercharger pulley + 110 octane with ~1.5* of KR.
0-60 MPH - 5.33 secs
1/8 mile - 9.06 @ 82/83 MPH
1/4 mile - 13.81 @ 102 MPH
No times since the ported heads, but I'm KR free with 93 octane, so probably a 13.7 or so on a good day in the quarter.
Oh, and those times were with a trunk full of tools, spare tire, and a 12" sub & box.
