Thanks guys! I still have to do a proper detail and wax on both cars but I'll probably wait at least a few weeks to do that.

Its to bad the paint on mine suck...
I did manage to get the Monte retinted,
Head and tail light covers are next..lol.
Gonna make a separate post for those add ons.

Thanks David, Tadd, and Mike! I know I'm crazy for going with another black car but, you have to admit, black looks damn good when it's clean. Back when I had my yellow 03 Monte, I always told myself if I got another one it'd be black. Well, that happened, then I had to go do it again with the Cruze, lol.

I too like the Black.. Just like my Silverado,
If it were up to me..Lizzys Sierra would be Black also..
But I dont think it would take on the Same Look..if it was
Black Paint with White stripes...vs... White and Orange... Like it is now..

Spent a little time this evening and detailed the Cruze's engine compartment. Also filled it up with premium (93 octane) on my way home from work to see if I get any mileage gains worth spending the extra 20c/gallon. Already notice an improvement with performance and throttle response.

 

That is a good lineup, they both look well taken care of. Hope you can get the Monte out and have some fun with it soon.
