R.J. belive me i actually asked them that same thing. i was told that yes they do there are so many cars and so little time that once in a while one will be beat up some.

When i sent photos they decided not to talk to much to me anymore about it So they have had to deal with the lawyer on it now.

It sucks that they handled this is such a way you have to secure a lawyer to get satisfaction.

And the handle so many cars one get's beat up is nothing more then a load of BS. They know it, and they know you know it.

yeah pretty much, they are trying to not incriminate them selves . this is why they wont talk with me anymore . but that is ok they still have to deal with the laywer as long as the ins. gets paid back i will be happy. and of course they make it right with me on the parts they cant fix.

Oh belive me between that and the body man runnign in to the wall with it the body shop here is making one man talk to me threw the whole thing i think i actually have them in fear LOL

He called the wife to let her know that he hit the wall with it and she said that it was his job to deal with me not hers when it came to my car LOL
So she gave him the number and told him to call me and let me know she didnt want to have to be the one to tell me about it lol

But he is sick over that cover him and the Ins. guys were real bigg race fans. one of witch actually ownes a Jr. monte the red and black one. Looked pretty good from the photos . he bought it to put in the grage for his kids college. Hope it works out for him.
But it only has 300 miles on the clock so ya cant beat him in miles on it.

Wow, 300 miles.

I met a guy once who's dad bought him a '59 Chevy new. At the time I saw the car (1979) it had 39 miles in it.

Thirty nine miles.

I called to day for a update on it. but they guy that is workign with me on it was not in today he was out Sick, The oen said that it was out of paint and he was thinking it was on the way for the dealer to look at it . But was not real sure. HE knows that they sent off for my head lights already also so they should be here shortly.

39 miles Man i would kill to find a car like that that was true miles on it and not a roll ove ont he clock.
But my first Camaro i owned was a 67 SS and it had just over 50,000. on it. the old lady said she loved to drive that car but the cops in town would catch her speeding in it so much that htey finally took her lic. and then she looks at me as says that was when the car only had 25,000 on it. She would sneek it out of town and go for drive with out a lic. she said she was old enough to knwo how to drive a horseless carragie by any name LOL

But it was in good shape but the son though the was helping and put a canvis tarp on it and let it sit till it rotted off. most thought that she was lying about the miles on it. I actually did to till i pulled the motor apart on it to find that it lookedbrand new still. I did a gasket kit in it and ran it like this for the next 6 years till it was stolen and sunk in the river.

Wow, what a story.

This '59 Chevy this guy owned, you opened the doors and it still smelled like a new car inside. He also owned 3 '57 Chevies. One he bought new and two he bought at estate auctions. I told his guy I was up for adoption since he and his wife didn't have any kids. But I'm sure by now both of them are gone as are the cars.
