I getting the L-I-M Job done under the Extended Warranty. They're paying to get it done but won't pay for "Non-GM" Parts.
So, I'm popping for the Fel-Pro Kit, Bolts, a Belt and some Mobil-1 (Not covered) and will get the Monte back with the Lower Intake nightmare having been just a bad dream.

"I caught it before there was any serious damage to the Engine and before the cooling system clogged-up with crap that needed flushing-out."

The Warranty was good for 100,000 Miles, but expired January 8th, 2010.

 

Glad its getting fixed. At least the gaskets are not the expensive part...its the labor that kills, and that is covered!
