Default low brake fluid light

2004 Monte Dale Jr edition supercharged with 112,000 miles.
I discovered the previous owner unplugged the brake fluid level sensor. I plugged it in and the low brake fluid light on the dash lit up. Also the "Trac off" and 'brake' lights are illuminated. I have replaced the low brake fluid sensor, checked to make sure it has power and a ground. Both check ok.
I have topped off the fluid.
I tapped on the side of the master cylinder.
I had the car scanned for codes and it is clear with no codes showing.
The car has worn but not worn out brake pads on the rear.
I set and released the emergency brake with no change.
I have done a search on this and other forums with no solutions
What's next ?
thanks,
Wayne

The trac off and ABS lights usually happen from one of two reasons. Either the connection to the sensor is dirty on one of the four wheels or the wires going to the sensor are damaged. Take off the wheels, look behind the dust shield, and youll see them.

I finally discovered what is making the light come on. There is a float inside the reservoir that no longer floats.
I have purchased another reservoir from O'reilly's for $34. and got it today. I could have ordered from Rock Auto for $15 and waited a week.
Now to reinstall the M/C and bleed the brakes.
