Talking Little update

UPDATE: THE BAD NEWS...
so im pissed.....
#1. I was planning on replacing fuel filter and this is what i find... kinda expected this since the last owner was from Minnesota
so im pretty much screwed because there was no way i could get the damn thing off! so i gave up and left it alone before i broke the fuel line
taking it to a shop this weekend and see what can be done

#2 My damn heater hose fittings are about to give out, when i do WOT or rev it a little high they slowly leak
Ive changed them before on my silver monte and the process is pretty easy but can be frustrating, so im planning on changing them asap as well
(could also use a new belt lol )

#3 Found this dang cord in the engine bay
the red end was down by the Starter and the other was ran up by the Throttle body took the **** out and tossed it lol
Anyone have an idea of what it was for??

THE GOOD
I changed out my plugs and wireset, flipped engine mounts, did an oil changed AND!, also fabbed out an air intake from scratch lol, found some 4" piping, couplers and an Air Filter in the shed, runs 300x's better and pulls so much better as well!!
air intake sounds badass as well, hopefully i can make some kind of heat shield for it soon

You guys' input is greatly appreciated so let me know what yall think
