I didn't think so....I could swear that my 2000 LS had the toggle switch lit up.

Must be another attempt by GM to cut $$$.

Just read the post, and went out to try and see mine, and I can't really tell in the daylight, but I seem to think they do light up.

Okay, this got my curiosity up so I had to leave the office and go out and look...LOL. No, mine does not light up either. Though it looks like it should.

no, it does not light up - neither do the buttons in the overhead console for the homelink and sunroof... which stinks...

Hi Cain. I checked mine last night and the toggler does not light up.The round control button does light up.I guess it is like the automotive bean counters say,if you can save one dollar per car, build a million cars and make a million dollars.

I just really think it stinks that this doesn't light up. And the overhead console lights for the sunroof and garage door openers don't either according to another 'poster' here. That just sucks IMHO.

You'd think for $30,000 (what an '06/07 SS sell at) they could at least use switches that light up at night.
