i wouldn't call it a winter beater, its going to be my DD. im not going to beat the crap out of this jeep. this is my only transportation right now and probably for awhile too im going to keep it well maintane like i done to all the cars i own. i dig this jeep it might not be a smooth ride like the monte, but the looks and how it handle is pretty awesome.
it was fun in the snow, was raining for the last few days and all the snow already melted.

i love this jeep the more i drive it. don't see many of this lifted xj here in chicago, where im locate anyway. im sure will see some later when im not driving the jeep lol. here's the next mods. i tried to keep it plain and simple lift but i just can't help it. had a local guy fabricating me new wrinch front and rear bumper. might add a 2" coil spacers which will give me a total of 6.5" total lift and maybe a 35" MT or dick cepeck tires. i hate to shave off some fenders to make room or the 33"/35" but the bush wrackers flares will look nice on it. mile per gallon going to suck but hey im going to be happy at least. this mods still up in the air but im looking forward to make it happen.

should i paint a smiley face on it? heres a better picture. the springs already settle little bit. next mods after i get my tax are. 33" tires, bushwackers flares, exhaust, cai, tb, tb spacers, injectors, front/rear bumpers and fog lights (local guy fabricate me one) it's a heavy guage steel bumpers. hopefully this will scare away people who can't park at the parking lot lol.
I've always loved the way the bodies looked stock on the cherokee's. I'd leave it stock if it were me.. THEY CAN'T HIT YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE.. lol. Seriously it's like some idiot will come in with a beater car and hit you, he'll hit your tires.

no the beater will go under my bumper lol. the suv and pick up at walmart parking lot im talking about. i swear i don't know these people get their license.
